Q: Where’s my tracking and why is my order taking so long?

A: You will get tracking within 24 hours during the week of making your order, if you place your order before 11am eastern time it will go out the same day. We offer ground shipping and next day air as products in bounty of seeds page. Less than .05 percent of orders are lost, if your order shows it was delivered and you haven’t recieved it then check with the neighbors its with one of them. We are not liable for lost packages. If it’s running late please be patient. Usps is better now than I’ve ever seen them.

Q: What happens if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?
A: Contact USPS or UPS as we are not liable for Shipping company mistakes. If you purchase Kings Insurance on the products page then contact us and we will refund the amount of insurance you paid for. 

Q: What kind of seeds is Kings known for?

A: Sunflower seeds, Raw seeds, Chia seeds.The kind of seeds you are getting are A+ UK poppy seeds that are unwashed. You must wash these seeds and dispose of the liquid. Repeat dispose of the liquid. Put the seeds in a pan and bake at 350 degrees. We have a zero tolerance policy against any illicit use of these seeds. If I find out anyone is using these for any use than baking or soaps intentions you will be blocked from ordering. We at Kings take this very seriously. Washed seeds usually have less of a fresh taste vs unwashed because the process involved washing from generic stores loses the natural flavor we all love. We pride ourselves on the most fresh seeds available, if you are not satisfied email us directly so we can find a solution. Include your order number and issue. 

Q: Are there any discounts or Points?

A: We have a list of subscribers we often send out coupons to. If you are not subscribed you will not receive the coupons. Sometimes coupons are limited to a set amount of orders and their are no exceptions to the rules. We love to help out our customers that’s why we haven’t raised prices in over a year when inflation is hurting everyone. We understand it’s enticing to see cheaper seeds but you get what you pay for. We are competitive priced based off the quality, if you find seeds 20% cheaper that maybe half as good. We have not, and will not ever mix cheaper seeds into premium seeds for a discount. Competitors may do this and it ruins the whole baking experience and might as well buy from the grocery store.

Q: Does kings sell wholesale to other businesses and bakeries? Does King ship outside the USA?

A: For now we only ship inside the USA, stay posted for any changes in the future. Yes we offer wholesale bulk poppseeds organic and unwashed to companies in different quantities and shipping methods. Email to inquire with the subject being “wholesale inquiry”.

Q: Why aren’t smaller quantities available?

Do I get a discount for bulk UK Poppy Seeds?

A: Kings are known for the superior quality and confidence in our product and we’ve found that most businesses don’t need sample sizes. Using 4 lb increments allows us to keep shipping and labor costs down to pass that onto you. You are getting a premium quality product and we give you discounts for buying in larger quantities per pound. If you do the math the pricing is very easy to save 20% or more with buying bulk seeds.

Why are my seeds different this order than last?
We buy many pallets of stock at a time, when the poppy seeds are harvested they change in the way they are processed. TWO BAGS ARE NEVER IDENTICAL. We get 55 lb bags and bag every single order in 4 Lb bags to keep things simple and easy. Within 55 Lb bags there is variation in the way they are harvested and sorted. One bag may be lighter, more or less dirty seeds per bag. This is the way we get them and send them to you. We do nothing to the seeds we just send them the same way we receive them but in smaller bags.  Seeds can change quality very quickly, we cannot control how they are harvested. Only just provide the best product we possibly can. If we cannot provide the best out there then hopefully you can source a better supplier in the meantime.

As the year progresses Kings Seeds change in quality and visually look different. As they are all unprocessed and unwashed, how and when they are collected from the farm will change the taste and appearance of seeds. Unwashed Seeds will have a niche market for customers looking for a seed that hasn’t been shared with the same machines that other seeds or Peppers that can destroy the taste of a perfectly good Unwashed Poppy Seed, chia seed or sunflower seed. We have dedicated bagging machines for each type of seed, you won’t get your chia seeds in your poppy seeds or sunflower seeds in your chia seeds. Pure flavors in each of their own right. These are not your grocery store poppy seeds or chia seeds. These are high quality and high dollar unwashed and untouched seeds that you can only get here The Kings Seeds.

Unwashed seed vendors are not common because it’s very hard to find quality Seeds. King Somniferum has spent years finding the highest quality  ingredients. We look to serve you or your business for as long as there are high quality seeds on the market.
