This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

Exchange and Shipping Policies :

Once the package leaves my hands the responsibly is on the shipping service.
If a package is lost, ripped open, late, please contact the shipping company and file a claim. King LLC will not be responsible for replacing packages for any of these issues.
When in doubt, record it. For example if you believe the package is short, record. Record it clearly, show the label and full 360 of the box.
Exchanges, if you’re completely unsatisfied, contact thekingsseeds@gmail.com and we can usually come to a mutual decision on how we can handle exchanging seeds. No refunds will ever be provided. I’m sure you can guess why, but if you can’t there’s a lot of variation in seed freshness, taste, and quality. One person might love a batch that someone despises, refunding would put us out of business. Returns would have to get thrown out because of its a product that can be ingested.
Cancellations, wrong orders, information for delivery is incorrect etc. If there’s an issue with how a product is shipped like you paid for Ground shipping and we sent USPS then please email thekingsseeds@gmail.com.
