 Welcome to The Kings Seeds! Based out of Florida we’ve been growing rapidly with the supply and demand for our products. We set ourselves apart from others with our customer service. • Shipping-I’m going to go over a few things here so everyone’s on the same page. We do our very best to get every order out as fast as possible, most packages are bagged boxed tagged and brought to the post office and UPS once a day each. I take pride in what I do, I spend time on every order ensuring everything is right and you are getting exactly what you paid for and more. That being said once I drop the package off at the Post Office and UPS it’s completely out of my control, as much as I want to have every answer for you I cannot call every time a package is late or they damaged an order. I know it can be very frustrating but you have to know I do everything I can to make sure your order is perfect. But at this point we have grown to the point I cannot call on every order, I know exactly what you know based off of the tracking information.  Please contact Ups or USPS regarding any shipping issues and damaged goods, every order is insured with priority mail or UPS unless the order specifies otherwise so there’s a possibility you may be able to get reimbursed.
• If you have any issues regarding a bag that has broken please contact the shipping provider for further assistance. I've reimbursed every customer for any damaged goods so now it’s time for the shipping providers to pony up and pay when someone plays amateur soccer with your package.  I take pictures of EVERY single USPS package before it’s shipped so let me know if you need a picture of the package. 
•  I am human ( as far as I know). I have been known to make mistakes, I cant guarantee I won’t make a mistake here and there. But I can tell you I’m willing to fix my mistakes. If you have a vendor who gives you a hard time about fixing your order you probably should find another vendor. 
• Use poppy seeds as culinary flavoring. There are many different cultures that use poppy seeds in many different ways. They can be used to make oil, toppings, decorative effects and many more.  
•  Customer service is our top priority, please don’t hesitate to email with any questions or concerns with an order or about purchasing.
• If you are going to order more than 4 pounds of seeds, I need you to put the name of your company you are buying for/ owner of in the company section when ordering. Thanks, we are just doing our part.
